Key Statistics

The reporting dashboard aggregates data from across the platform:

• Collection Growth: Track the number of items added over time.
• Membership Trends: Visualise subscriber growth and churn.
• Storage Metrics: Monitor how much digital storage space is being utilised.
• Catalogue Breakdown: Pie charts showing distribution by classification or department.

Automated Reports

Authorised users can receive scheduled summaries of museum activity.

Permissions Required

• View Reports (reports_read): Allows access to the charts and aggregated statistics.
• Manage Subscriptions (org_billing_manage): Required to see financial reporting.
