• Asset Upload: Batch upload files to be linked to Catalogue records.
• Metadata Tagging: Add descriptions and copyright info to individual files.

Library & Publications

Keep track of bibliographic references, books, and articles held by the museum.

• Record Entry: Document authors, publishers, and ISBNs.
• Catalogue Linking: Associate publications with specific collection items or exhibitions.

Thematic Indices

Organise your collection into curated, non-hierarchical themes for research or display.

• Theme Creation: Create a theme (e.g., “Pacific Exploration” or “Industrial Heritage”).
• Linking Items: Add records from across the Catalogue to a theme.

Permissions Required

• View Resources (resources_read, library_read): Allows viewing of assets and library records.
• Manage Resources (library_create, library_update): Required to add or edit resources.
• Asset Management (assets_upload, assets_manage): Permission to upload and manipulate digital files.
